He has been working for more than 9 years as a strategy consultant including post-deal integration and PMO with two Big 4 firms, working on more than 40 assignments, leading more than 20 of these projects. He also has more than 4 years of experience in designing the regional strategy in-house at a Fintech startup and the APAC regional growth strategy of a global MNC. He has joined Veldhoen + Company with rich experience in change management, executive coaching, large group facilitation, and stakeholder management.  Together with his passion of creating a better world of work, he is dedicated to helping our clients in Asia through the transformation to NWOW.
